Danforth on High
The structure is a four-story, Maine State Housing Authority, apartment building with 27 units. The building is a wood-framed structure that was constructed with panelized exterior walls. The building footprint was the complete confines of the site making layout, sequencing, and material storage an extreme challenge. The structure was completed on time and on budget. The project duration lasted ten months.
