Kayla joined Hebert Construction in 2018 as the company’s first Controller and now serves as Chief Financial Officer. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maine and a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University, Kayla brings a strong financial background to her role. As CFO, she oversees the finance department, human resources, office management, and IT, playing a key part in tracking project progress and forecasting the company’s future growth. Her goal is to continually improve decision-making processes and find efficiencies that contribute to Hebert’s success.

For Kayla, it is about making a tangible difference – improving employee benefits, creating growth opportunities, or contributing to community-building projects that make a lasting impact. Kayla is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the board of the LA Metro Chamber of Commerce. Outside work, she enjoys skiing, tennis, and spending time in Rangeley.
