Simon Hebert is the first of the fourth generation of Hebert to join the family business, starting in 2013 after earning a BS in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Since joining the company, Simon has successfully completed some of Hebert’s most demanding and complex projects while overseeing company operations. In 2024, Simon graduated from Northeastern University with a master’s in project management, further enhancing his expertise in project management and leadership. With a vision to lead Hebert into its 100th year in 2043, Simon continues to drive the company forward.

In addition to his professional achievements, Simon serves on the board of Maine MILL, a museum focused on innovation, learning, and labor. An avid skier and outdoorsman, Simon often explores the White Mountains and the many ski resorts throughout New England.
