We are excited to announce our new community partnership with Tree Street Youth, named PINE Construction (Peer Inspired Navigation of Employment)! We are working together to introduce local youth to the trades with the goal of boosting the future workforce for not only ourselves but for the entire construction industry. To start, we have a pilot program of apprentices who are learning job site basics. We look forward to sharing more as the program develops.
