A 37,600 sf historic renovation of the former Mount Merici Convent into a three-story, 28-unit, age-restricted, apartment building. Additional spaces within the structure include a library, laundry, and community rooms as well as 2,276 square feet of public-use space. This space was the former location of the convent’s chapel, with many of the historical features having been preserved.
