Completed in 2025, Seavey Terraces is a 65-unit mixed-income apartment community built to expand access to high-quality housing in Westbrook, Maine. The development features a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments designed for comfort, convenience, and connection—with close proximity to Portland and a layout that supports individuals and families alike.
In collaboration with Simons Architects and New Ventures LLC, Hebert Construction led the build of this future-forward project with an emphasis on quality materials, long-term durability, and resident well-being.
Seavey Terraces is also the nation’s first residential development to use TimberHP’s TimberFill insulation—a sustainable, carbon-negative material made from pure softwood fiber sourced in Maine. Safe, renewable, and highly efficient, TimberFill enhances thermal performance and air quality, aligning with Hebert’s commitment to building smarter, healthier communities.
From pet-friendly amenities to energy-conscious systems and modern interiors, Seavey Terraces sets a new standard for what housing in Maine can be.
