40,000 sf stand-alone Medical Office Building housing multi-disciplinary medical practices including pediatrics, lab, physical therapy, and family practice. The project took place during the COVID-19 pandemic creating a challenge to remain productive and on schedule. As the low bid at the early design development of the project, Hebert selected a team of subcontractors to provide design-assist delivery and remained under budget and ahead of schedule. As a result, a generous sum of funds was returned to MaineHealth at the completion of the project.
