CPort Credit Union’s Lewiston branch is a ground-up commercial build at 321 Main Street, completed by Hebert Construction over a 10 month schedule in 2025. Built following the full demolition of the existing structure, the new 2,800-square-foot facility was designed to provide a modern, highly functional banking space for the community. Hebert served as general contractor, leading project management, value engineering, design consultation, and coordination with owner vendors throughout the build.

The project was driven by a clear purpose: to create a clean, bright, and accessible place for community members to handle their everyday banking needs. The finished branch includes a large open lobby, teller area, private offices, ITM stations, a conference room, and both employee and customer amenities, along with a drive-through teller window, night deposit, and a walk-up 24-hour ATM. Every element was planned to support convenience, comfort, and long-term utility for CPort’s members and staff.

What stands out most is how much the building delivers within a compact footprint. Large glass curtain walls, a pyramid skylight, and a thoughtful layout fill the space with natural light, making the branch feel far more open than its size suggests. The project also required careful coordination to relocate an existing power pole and reroute utility lines safely, a challenge the team worked through with steady communication and follow-through. The finished building is spacious, well-lit, and highly functional, providing the Lewiston community with a banking space that feels both practical and inviting.
