Completed in December 2025 at 123 Bates Street in Lewiston, Trinity Jubilee is a new two-story, 11,250-square-foot facility built to help serve more people in need in the community with dignity and consistency. What had been operating out of the basement of a local church now has a dedicated, accessible home designed to support people in need with hot meals, laundry, showers, access to a food pantry, clinical rooms, and welcoming shared spaces.
As general contractor, our team worked alongside Trinity Jubilee, the City of Lewiston, and Platz Associates to bring the project to life. Built from the ground up, the facility pairs practical, durable materials such as wood framing, brick, ceramic flooring, laminated vinyl plank flooring, and white oak trim with the spaces the organization needed most, including a full commercial kitchen, common areas, clinical rooms, and second-floor storage.
One of the biggest challenges came early, when foundation work had to move ahead through the winter. Using ground thaw machines and heat blankets, the team kept the work moving and the schedule on track. More than anything, this project reflects what can happen when owners, design partners, subcontractors, and field crews stay aligned around a shared purpose. The result is a building that will serve Lewiston in a real and lasting way.
